keep your K9′s canines clean

harley and boomer ~ freshly back from the doggie dentist

Today I took my Labs “Boomer” and “Harley” to my Vet’s office to have their teeth cleaned.

My Vet offers a new non-anesthetic procedure which means I don’t have to worry about any negative side-effects from using anesthesia on my dogs, who are now 6 years boomer's pearly whitesold. The process is quite effective and I just leave them there for a few hours for the procedure.

The American Veterinary Dental Society reports that 70-85% of dogs and cats show signs of oral disease by age 3. Not only will a clean mouth make your doggie more pleasant to be around but some studies have shown that improved oral hygiene can actually add years to your dog’s life.
